Add, Update, and Remove a Church

Church Location Update

If your church address cannot be found on Google Maps, it will appear in the text list of churches but not on the map. If the location is inaccurate or doesn't exist on Google Maps. The computer directions are below, but you can use a mobile device to get the coordinates or Plus Code.

Get the Coordinates

  1. On your computer, open Google Maps. 
  2. Right-click the place or area on the map. This will open a pop-up window. You can find your latitude and longitude in decimal format at the top.
  3. To copy the coordinates automatically, left-click on the latitude and longitude.

Find the Google Plus Code

  1. On your computer, open Google Maps.
  2. Click the location where you need a Plus Code.
  3. At the bottom, in the info box, click the coordinates. For example:  53.339688, -6.236688.
  4. A panel will open on your screen.
  5. To copy a location’s code, click the Plus Code Plus Code.
