Spiritual Blessings in the Heavenly Places

There are different levels in the ministry

• Different levels of the ministry equal different levels of anointing (power)
• We all don’t have the same depth in the Spirit
• Depth in the Spirit comes from the knowledge of the word of God in spiritual experience
• Knowledge + spiritual experience = an anointing or positions Ephesians 4:11

Knowledge must be based on the Word of God

• Knowledge can puff up, must need knowledge in the word of God 1 Corinthians 8:1
• We need knowledge of the word + spiritual experience
• Trouble comes when one is looking for a spiritual experience without the knowledge of the word of God
• We must have the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him Ephesians 1:17
• It’s very dangerous to be a prophet and not know the Word of God, another spirit besides the Holy Spirit will be in operation
• For this cause, many false profits are gone out into the world 1 John 4:1
• The positions consist of apostles (bishops), prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers Ephesians 4:11
• The Corinthian’s were carnal and we’re not qualified in this group of these different levels of anointings in the ministry 1 Corinthians 3:1-3, Ephesians 4:11

With God on our side and through it all, we will be found standing

• You can be illuminated, but you must maintain that illumination and grow
• You could lose that illumination
• When you see others going through, be patient with them because you never know what is going to Come Your way Galatians 6:1-2
• You will go through persecution, misunderstanding, disappointment, tribulation, and when all that is over you have got to be found standing 2 Corinthians 4: 8–10
• Those things were meant to make you fall John 10:10
• Those were curveballs from Satan
• search nothing before the time, just wait, and give it time 1 Corinthian 4:5

Difference between the Jews & modern Christians is the Jews know who God is

• Paul says, “God our father “Ephesians 1:2
• The Jews never had a problem knowing who God is John 8:41
• Today Christians have a problem believing who God is
• Modern day Christians believe that Jesus is God
• Reduce never had a problem differentiating between God and Jesus
• The Jews had a problem with Jesus because Jesus made himself equal with God, and the Jews wanted to stone him John 5:18
• The Jews know today who God is
• When a believer is confused about their foundation and who God is, that believer will be confused about everything else concerning salvation, doctrine of God, etc.

There are two types of blessings

• Spiritual blessings – you receive these blessings when you have a desire for them
  • Jesus said, “seek ye first the kingdom” Matthew 6:33
  • God wants to bless us with all spiritual blessings Ephesians 1:3
  • All the people in this verse must know about spiritual blessings Ephesians 4:11
  • Heavenly places = Means in the church Eph 1:3
    • This also could be in heaven Eph 1:20
    • The high places are also heavenly places Eph 6:12
    • The power of the Highest is the greatest power over those principalities and powers in Ephesians 6:12, Ephesians 1:19-21
    • Types of heavenly places in the CHURCH
      • Tuesday night corporate prayer and service
      • Choir rehearsal
      • Friday night corporate prayer and service
      • Sunday Christian education, morning and evening service
      • That’s why when you come to church, you get delivered, illuminated, healed, saved, and blessed
• Natural blessings – material blessings

Fasting helps us to deny the world

• Love not the world 1 John 2:15-17
• While fasting, be careful of what you watch on TV and music you listen to
• Fasting is a sacrifice and time off from the world
• God wants to give you power
• Jesus said, there is a reward for forsaking all and being persecuted Mark 10:28–30
